Product knowledge needs a lot of work for Louis who is relatively new and the car was not detailed as promised when delivered . Sections of the carpets had not been cleaned, a minor scratch had not been polished out and the general state of the car was not consistent with a vehicle that had been professionally detailed. Communication between departments is not good. Also when asked for confirmation of electronic bank transfers for payment, this was not done. Preparations for the cars delivery were not at a quality standard. Also we felt mislead by the sign on the car when we made a decision to buy which promised 7 years warranty which on signing for the car we were told was warranty only from when the car was first registered and as it was a demonstrator we would only get 6 years and 2 months... misleading signage on the cars advertising. We were also told we would be advised when the dealerships special promotion was drawn and this didn’t happen either. The car was also delivered with a faulty part which the sales person had not been made aware of and spent some time trying to install on delivery. Let’s hope the service department is better than the sales department.
