Every one went out of their way to explain things and make the whole experience a very easy and happy one. Especially for a senior who wasn't too sure about the whole thing.I would highly recommend Gold Coast Mazda to any one contemplating buying a new car.
The experience in general was quite good though I was slightly disarmed by some of the lack of communication. I advised Shane I was paying by bank cheque and and it wasn't until the following day that he advised who the cheque was to be made out to - it had already been done in an acceptable manner but not the true company name. He pushed to have me at the dealership by 8am on Saturday morning and while we arrived a little later than that we waited for over half an hour with no communication. As it turned out it was for a good reason he was replacing the trim on my vehicle, though it would have been nice to have been told that on arrival maybe. The handover process was great, he took the time to run me through the vehicle and show me all the features and how to operate the system.
The predominate reason for me choosing Gold Coast Mazda was my friendship with another member of the Team - Georgina Craft.
This is our second car from this dealership, we couldn't be happier with the service and the after sale care. They can't do enough for you, very helpful, friendly and caring. Great customer service even after having our car for 6+ years, still treated like #1
I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Mazda! Would definitely buy here again. Vanessa was fantastic, never felt pressured at all.
However the lady in the after sales who sells the paint protection was very rude. She wasn't polite at all and was extremely pushy.
Been to 2 dealerships so far. Toyota and Mazda. And certainly the experience in Mazda was tons better than Toyota.
I'm glad I came to Mazda and met Kym. Any hesitation or delay, I wouldn't have been able to get this car. I knew I will buy it when I 1st saw it. THE ONLY THING i FOUND HARD SELL WAS WHEN i WAS DELIVERED TO THE TINTING AND PAINT PROTECTION THAT WAS HARD SELLING.MAY BE i AM TO OLD.
Kym has such great customer service and fantastic personality which made the whole experience of buying a car so easy. From the moment we met kym in the showroom to his great service when picking up my car, can't thank him enough.
