Warwick Morrison (sales person) took the time to patiently explain the features of the vehicle on several occasions. He listened to my requests and did not pressure me. .He knew the details of the car well and was able to explain it in language I could understand. His instructions at handover were clear and calmed any nervousness I felt about driving a new and updated vehicle.
All the sales team were polite, friendly and professional in all my dealings with them. The handover was efficient and enjoyable.

After an initial flirtation with a Mazda 3, Southport Mazda Sales Executive Kym Beesley went to great lengths to ensure that I had the smaller car that I really wanted.
Kym offered me several test-drives to ensure that I was completely happy with my downsizing from my older Mazda 6 through the new (now very grown up) Mazda 3 Maxx Sport (lovely car but bigger than I wanted) and finally the smaller 2018 Mazda 2 Genki.
The sales people in the showroom were very helpful at each of my visits. My experience with the great level of personal service that I have experienced at Southport Mazda in both Sales and Service over the past 14 years continues.
