Disappointed with the poor customer service I received from a sales rep. Requested for this staff member to not make contact with me or my wife again. Was then put in touch with Linda who took over the sale.

After the test drive there was a message left on my phone asking for feedback and offers further assistance which was great however I tried ringing back on the number several times during the next day as my husband and I had decided to purchase but no-one answered. I had one returned call which went to message. This was disappointing as I wanted to have the car asap. I called the next day on the land line and waited until it rang out and asked me to leave a message, when I called again later it still took quite a while to be answered. I was told it takes about two days to have the car ready which surprised me as I have bought a new car in the past which needed to be detailed etc and it took only a few hours and I was driving it home. Finance information was excellent, thankyou Nick and Amanda, and was a smooth process, Amanda was not phased by my 1 year old spreading cookie crumbs around the office. Thankyou! The attractive finance rate and car features sold us on this car and I appreciate the effort the team went to to make the experience special i.e. the unveiling, flowers, thoughtful placement of car so we could still monitor our children. Overall I would rate the experience very good. A relaxed purchase, no pushy, urgent selling which I had experienced from another dealer the week before.
