I had a really bad experience at Toyota Goulburn
My New Hilux was in for 1000klm check up.
When picking up the Drivers side mat was removed from where it should be and chucked on passenger side floor and there was dirt all over Mr drivers side carpet.
I told the service manger could he come and inspect before I leave the dealership. He said where could dirt possibly come from . Mind you the car was parked in there wash down area.
New carpet soiled and no respect taken for a $57000 car.
The drivers rear door also had a sratch which was not there before service.
They then sent a workshop employee out to clean floor . I went home for a short time then returned to dealership and ask for sratch to be reported to manager. They sent another bloke out to try and remove sratch the bloke rubbed the panel so hard he's put slight ripples in door panel.
I will also add they searched the bonnet on day of delivery when putting a big red ribbon on bonnet for pickup photo .
That sratch today is still in middle of bonnet. Yes they did try to remove it but with a bit of rain the sratch is still there (polish washed out I guess) not repaired property
I asked in person for these issues to be repaired correctly by a professional. Now Ive just been put in the difficult customer basket and no contact has been made to me by the General manger.

I was happy with the car being sold to me side of things.

Just really upset my new car has stratches and small ripples caused by sloppy workers and just wish I never walked in that dealership because of the service experience

All I asked was could they have a professional trained in paint to Fixed my car.

Very unhappy at the moment..

Please consider having your new car purchased elsewhere.

Amazing service from a very experienced team!!
Travelled over an hour to purchase my new 200 Series, and couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Everyone we encountered in the dealership was very professional, especially David and Kristy!
