Love my new car! Zac was fantastic from the beginning. He took the time to explain the finer details & made sure I was well informed before I drove my new car out of the showroom. I also couldn’t believe that Mazda arranged to pick me up from my work place so that I could collect my new car. Completely stress free process & amazing service. Thank you to Zac, Katherine & staff for making a difficult decision easy!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by lovely staff. I hate the process of buying a car and the haggling of purchase price. Steph made this process easy. She wasn’t overly forceful on the buying process. I know her job is to get the best sale for the company but she didn’t put me off buying the car with what could have been a more forceful approach (which I’ve had before). She would always communicate with what she was doing and if she was away one of her other colleagues came to check we were still ok and asked if we needed any more water etc. On pick up day Lachie was the man for the job in showing me how to use the car. What an asset he is to your company. You can tell he really loves his job and he was so personable. I was greeted and had a brief chat with Hannah, Rebekah and of course Darryl. They were great aswell but Steph and Lachie were obviously my stand outs. I really appreciated the small gift I received from Steph aswell it was very thoughtful. It felt like Christmas morning. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Grand Prix Mazda Aspley and I would recommend your service to my friends.
Great customer service! However, I personally would have preferred to see some complimentary floor mats in my brand new car (very little cost to the dealership but a great gesture?) instead of the generic candle/diary gift?
I could not recommend Grand Prix Mazda high enough. From the moment I walked in everyone was so warm & welcoming & Tahnee made it a breeze going through the sales process! Thank you to all staff at the dealership especially Tahnee & Jimmy - fantastic customer service! Coulf not fault any part of the process. Picking up my CX-5 was super exciting & I love it so much!
