We had the most fantastic service and now we have a beautiful new car. !! We are so happy with it and we are extremely greatful for all the help and effort that was put in to make this experience happen. From the beginning till the end , Kyden and the team at Mazda made buying a new car an exciting experience. Kyden, greeted us the minute we walked in with a down to earth approach , he was very easy going and his service was excellent. I would highly recommend ! Thank you so much for our brand new Mazda!
Grand Prix was fabulous. Our salesman Kyden listened to what our needs were. We were kept updated with videos texts. Kyden had such enthusiasm.,Day of delivery was easy. We had Kyden and Jess Tee looking after us. Kyden spending time with us setting up the new car even taking time out to be our photographer!!Couldnt be happier with our overall experience. I love Love my new CX3
However the rest of t experience with the dealership took the excitement out of getting a new car - delays on when it was ready due to just plain lack of organisation in the the processes, when I arrived happy to pickup my car - no one knew why I was there and said my name wasn’t listed for a vehicle (that deflated the situation). Then I had to phone Stephanie myself to have someone come and finally meet me in the office to discuss my car.
Though I had spoken with Stephanie for the past week - she did not find the time to say hello in person.
Excluding Mannon and the other associate who offered us tea and coffee the overall vibe and contact with other employees left me feeling deflated and just like another number to tick off the sales list.
It left a bad taste in my mouth - especially for my first car.
