Disappointed! From the time our service was booked over the phone, they couldn't even get the opening time correct, 1 hour out, big difference between 7 am and actual opening time of 8 am. Complimentary car wash with service and a posible wipe over dash and interior front doors, needs to be done with a clean cloth not a cloth in dirty water. I'm sure Joe and Jake wouldn't want their cars presented to them like that after a service. They did however organise themselves for someone to pick up the car from my place to take back for the service and left a courtesy car for us. Just like any other car yard, once they have your money customer care goes down hill.

Had had bad experience with servicing my mx5 elsewhere on the Sunshine Coast... I cannot recommend highly enough the service of my car at Grand Prix Caboolture... friendly professional staff, a lovely waiting room along with tea/ coffe , hot nibbles and biscuits. The car is running more perfectly than what it was prior to service (didn't think this would be possible) and in the two hours it was also vacced and cleaned.
The service I have received in this department was fantastic , I have my car serviced here when required I am driving to Sydney so I just wanted my car checked these guys are the most helpful curtious people ever, nothing was a hassell done straight away no problem . Thank you guys so much .
