This dealership does not deserve one single star for service. Rashid Ford was a terrific salesperson, but after that, terrific became TERRIBLE. For the last 9 mos. we've tried to get service under warranty for the front passenger seat. Been in 3x w/no results. Service advisor DeDe said she'd call back when I checked in on 01/02/20. She never did. Called service manager John on 01/17/20 "he would check." HE never called back. Wrote a LETTER to general manager LeVar Person detailing my complaints. HE NEVER CONTACTED ME. Conclusion: the service department @ Haley Chester is very poorly run, sloppy, disorganized and has no follow through. TERRIBLE!
