Today was my first visit to Haley, I had 4 recalls on my Jeep and my local Jeep dealer closed over the summer. I have not had very good luck with dealership service in the past. I was so impressed with the entire service team. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Mosy importantly they know what customer service means! You don’t see that much anymore! They were very nice and respectful and eager to please. So I give a BIG shout out to the service team, THANK YOU!
Dishonest, slimy, and rude when you don't like their numbers. They offer garbage for trade and badger your phone by calling constantly with "I have the right vehicle for you." You operate in a very small town (Farmville)... you may want to think about how word of mouth may effect you. THEY WILL DO/TELL you anything for a sale. It does not matter how you know the salesman (church, social, etc.), you are subject to the dishonesty. BUYER BEWARE
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Nothing was what was told ....purchased a 2 year warranty for almost $3000 and when the car need repair I had to pay $450 out of pocket because they said the warranty did not cover repairs! Was told by Eric bondurant it was bumper 2 bumper. Had the car 10 months and already had to trade it in costing me even more money ! Car had 52000 miles on it at purchase and had dry rotted tires that they said were fine and a noise with the timing chain that they said was normal until I had it diagnosed own my own! I know Eric on a personal level...if he do that to me imagine what they will do to you......BEWARE!
