I cannot stress enough how amazing my car-buying experience was. This was my first time buying a car, and they made it as stress-free as it could be. Lisa and Eric went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assure me that they were giving me the best deal possible. They delivered my car to me and made sure that I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Even though I am two hours away from them, I will be driving that two hours to buy the next time I am in the market for a car!

We bought a new highlander in 2017 and once we got it home we realized a few months later there was a noticeable defect in the paint so we reported the issue with the dealership and they stated we could have it looked at at our local dealership. After the local dealership looked at it and pulled up records there was a defect noted in the previous records that was not brought to our attention when we bought the car . So after speaking to the manager they basically told us that we could trade the car back in and get a new vehicle but now our vehicle was used and we would need to add 5k to our loan and up our payment. This dealership is terrible and the manager and sales staff are terrible and not to be trusted. I would take your time and look over your vehicle before you buy it there because they have no problem selling you a lemon.
Thank you Travis for taking the time to complete this review. We are terribly sorry about the factory defect with that spot of the paint on your Highlander. This is something that happens very rarely and was missed by our staff as well as you when you purchased your Highlander. Unfortunately, we can not just replace your Highlander with a brand new one at this point. However, as previously stated, we would be happy to get this resolved for you by repairing that section of the paint. It is a very simple process and we would also be willing to provide courtesy transportation while the work is being done.
