WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Nothing was what was told ....purchased a 2 year warranty for almost $3000 and when the car need repair I had to pay $450 out of pocket because they said the warranty did not cover repairs! Was told by Eric bondurant it was bumper 2 bumper. Had the car 10 months and already had to trade it in costing me even more money ! Car had 52000 miles on it at purchase and had dry rotted tires that they said were fine and a noise with the timing chain that they said was normal until I had it diagnosed own my own! I know Eric on a personal level...if he do that to me imagine what they will do to you......BEWARE!
The "Maint Req" light came on while my daughter was attending school. I traveled several hours so that I could take it in for service at Haley. Kelsey at the front desk was friendly even though it was 8am on a Saturday morning. I mentioned that the car had been serviced only two months earlier so I wasn't sure why the light was on. After a few minutes, Kelsey came back to inform me that the light had not been reset by my local dealer when it was serviced and so the technician reset it. No charge. I was pleasantly surprised because this would have been an opportunity to find something wrong with the car. Thanks Kelsey and Haley Toyota for a great experience.
Terrible Service... went to have service done at 2:45 pm on Friday Aug 4, 2017(less than hour job). At 5:30pm had not been told anything. (and I was in the lobby area) At 5:30 asked lady at desk where was my truck. She had to find paperwork (Service Advisor was gone) Also had them to inspect my frame and they put on paper rust throughout frame.Two weeks later my shock breaks loose from frame because of rust. Truck is undrivable. They must not care about safety. Ohhh and yes my frame had been sprayed with the coating so it falls into the 15 year from in service date extented frame replacement.
I will never do business with this dealership again. I brought my truck in November the 7th to be repaired due to an accident. I was told that it would be ready in 2 weeks and it was not. I as well as my husband kept calling to check on the progress of our truck and the date kept changing for pick up and after some time our calls was not being returned. We had to contact our insurance company to find out what was going on. Finally after 2 1/2 months we received a call to pick our truck up and we went to get it I was very upset of the work that was done. The paint job that was done looked like a child did the work. Paint under the body, brake cable was hanging with paint all over it, dents still on the driver side body and the window was not working correctly. We didn't take the truck until they fixed it correctly. On January the 30th I received a call from the supervisor of the body stating that the truck was ready. My husband called the following day and spoke with the supervisor and he stated that the truck was ready and that the truck was going to be detailed to make sure that they didn't miss anything. My husband told him that he would not be back in town until Friday and he said that was fine. When Friday came we went to pick up our truck and again the truck was not ready. The driver door rattled and the truck was not detailed. We was not treated fairly and the service was terrible and unprofessional. I have never been treated in such a manner. I will be letting it be known that this dealership is not a good idea to do business with.
I want to personally thank Eric Bondurant for his hard work on getting us the deal we were comfortable with on our brand new smoking hot Tacoma TRD. We absolutely love the truck. Eric was a class act to work with, whom I highly recommend. I hope to do business with you again Eric, Philip, Kristi & Dane. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for sure, a Great Car buying experience!!

Overall excellent experience. Took some patience with me and three separate test drives before I could decide. Salesman was very patient and helpful and like I like them, not pushy. Would recommend both the salesman and the dealership. Would definitely buy again.

I live in Northern VA.160 miles from your dealership. I drive a Lexus RX 350 and the tire pressure light came on when I was 30 miles from Farmville this past Saturday morning at 10:30AM.I was worried the tire would go flat and I had to drive back the next day to Northern VA. I pulled in the Service Dept and was greeted by Keith Underwood. Keith was very friendly and was concerned about my tires. He stopped what he was doing and had a mechanic put my Lexus on a lift in the Service area to make sure the tires didn't have a nail in them. They water tested the tires and found nothing wrong. This was a big relief because we were late to my sons parent Weekend Event at Longwood.Just wanted to Thank Keith,the service writer and the mechanic for the outstanding and quick service I was given at your dealership.I was not surprised by the outstanding service because Toyota/Lexus dealers knows how to satisfy their clients.Please tell Harry the GM, All 3 of you guys should get the employee of the month award.My son has a 2002 Toyota that he has at Longwood, I am relieved to know that if he ever has an issue with his vehicle ,you guys will take good care of him and do the right thing.Thanks again
I came in under real emergency conditions late on a Friday. Since my car could not possibly have been repaired before a planned trip, I asked "Got a Prius?" I was taken to Ashley Trovalli who made the entire sales experience a pleasure - including a great deal. Financing was easy and, although I was stressed, everyone made me feel welcome and cared for.
