Randy was an excellent salesperson! No pressure at all! He actually let me sell myself on this vehicle. I even got to meet Harry, and he sat down and talked while Randy was arranging financing with the finance dept. Great experience all the way!!!
Dave wilson was my salesperson and he was super nice and straight forward. He gave me all the information I needed which made my decision very easy. This was my first vehicle purchase and he made everything very easy for me. I would recommend Harry Brown’s to anybody looking for a new vehicle.
The sales and financial department need to slow down, My first time seeing the car I bought, it had not been clean and sales had no info on the car, I would have waited a day or two. The day we paid for the car we met the owner, great guy liked the cash can. But financial department told us we were good to going, gave him 2 check and cash for the car. While waiting in lobby thinking over the numbers and what we paid, I under paid by 1000 dollars cash, I went back and explained the numbers back to financial after looking it all over yes, you guys would have been short 1000 dollars. Hope you donate that money to a charity, because if I would have left with that money, the church was getting it Sunday morning.
