The salesman was great, no issues at all, we would use him again, he was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The finance guy was good too, straight forward and didn’t push us to purchase something that we didn’t need or want. The main issues with the purchase were that the vehicle, which was never titled as it was used by a GM exec, had 600 miles more on it than was advertised, we weren’t given the 2 free years of maintenance, even though we are the first owners of the vehicle, and probably most egregious, and that would probably cause us to not buy another vehicle from the dealership, was that we just spent quite a bit of money on a vehicle and it was delivered with not even enough fuel to get us home. We had to drive directly to a gas station to fill up so we could go home. This was the only vehicle out of the many we have purchased, new or used, that wasn’t delivered with a full tank of fuel. Don’t cheap out and deliver a vehicle with an empty tank! Again, salesman was great, this is a dealership policy.
I was impressed with the sales department. The only thing is that it takes so long to seal the deal, even when submitting the credit app in advance. It appears that all dealerships don't or won't run this until the buyer has committed to the sale.
