Very professional sales person, always a smile on his face and if something was not going his way he did not show it. Acted as if he had all the time in the world to show us the car and all the items that were available. Made an appointment with him, he was there early as we were to get the vehicle, it was clean, full tank of gas and parked in front of the dealership. Also had a good experience with sales manager, something I don't normally have. Only suggestion I have is when you are selling the high profit item ie extended warranty, don't push what could go wrong as much as saying piece of mind on having the warranty. To me it sounded like it was just a matter of time when the electronics would go bad. I don't need to hear that, especially since I keep vehicle for a long period of time.
Gary was very patient with me when trying to find a car. I spend a lot of time in the car about three to three and a half hours a day and 140 miles round trip back and forth to work. I needed a car that was comfortable to sit in and got good gas mileage. Gary knew what I wanted and works with me to get it.
