We seen our sales person for about 5 minutes during whole process because he had other customers. We did most of the deal(numbers) over text/email. I know what it's like to be a salesman so I let him be with the other customers we knew what we wanted... the finance lady was very cold and made the whole paperwork process awkward. By the end we just wanted to go and our salesman had another customer again so we had a 3 see delivery (see the car, see the keys, see you later). I this dealership is gonna be busy they need a delievery specialist. We sat waiting on finance when we could have been going over books/keep. Your sales process will sell cars but your f&I sales will suffer because product is not being presented and benefits are not being given. You sold a car on price. Which costs to the bottom line.
As always, Harry Browns puts the customer first, they are fair in their pricing and trade-in value and very accommodating in all respects. We came looking at a used vehicle and wound up with a new one because of the value as opposed to used. No high pressure just this is what we can do and let us know, and we did and are proud owners of a brand new GME Acadia Denali. Love it so far.
