Thanks to Bellevue Honda's horrible multi-point inspection, I has the pleasure of spending 45 minutes on the side of the road with corroded battery cables. During my last service visit, Honda failed to notice that my battery was leaking enough to completely eat away the solid lead battery connector. The shop that did the repairs on my car said that there was no way they could have missed that if they had looked at the battery at all given the amount of corrosion.
My disappointment in Honda's service hit a new high (low) when I called to ask how to reset car radio that was giving me an error code. First, I was told they couldn't help because I bought the car at a different dealer. Fair enough. But I had spend another 5 minutes on the phone before he would give me a web address with directions on how to reset the radio. It turns out that it was actually HONDA's WEBSITE for radio code retrieval. Since he knew about the battery issue, why didn't he just give me the web address from the get go? Why go out of his way to inconvenience me more?
I shopped around quite a bit and ended up giving Chris a call. Chris explained the different things to look for when working with a car salesman. I was appreciative of the insight and he did build trust. That trust did not last long as he started to pull some of the same tactics he told me to watch out for. He was also not easy to get in touch with and was not very responsive at all. I always had to track him down. He also implied that the hitch I purchased would be installed on the car when I picked it up. It was not. I now have to go back, drop the car off, get a loaner and then drive back again from Seattle to Bellevue. I'd avoid working with Chris if possible. The Customer Service he provides leaves a lot to be desired.
My new Honda CRV having problems five times and Honda Bellevue doesn't want to exchange or return it. They have kept said they don't find any problems and its ok to drive but my car having same problem five times.
While backing my car, suddenly car engine if off. I couldn't believe it every time this happened so I video taping it this time.
Bellevue Honda manager said it's their policy that they can replace or return this one. Who want to drive car engine is off while backing up five times and Honda have kept said its no problem and ok to drive. No more Honda for me.
I am very happy with my recent purchase of a 2016 Honda Coupe Ex. It was a pleasure working with Steve Lee. He was exactly what I like in a sales associate. Very professional, knowledgable, with a very relaxed, approachable attitude. Micol was the car salesman everyone wants. Very kind and not pushy. Availability was ... well he met me on his day off. Waited for me to go sell my car and come back. Was still very patient.

Wish i can give even less than that. First of all my problems started with their poor service.
Gave my car for servicing and while my car is in possession of them a customer of theirs backs up and hits my car. when i went for pick up i noticed the damage and told them this is not there when i gave my car for servicing. after a day later they came back and gave me video from their footage showing their customer did this. I asked them to get my car fixed instead they gave me number plate of driver and asked me to follow up with my insurance and police. I was told its a private parking lot hit, if this happened to your car in sears or fred meyer what will you do it. Fred Meyer is not responsible. This is what i heard from Robbie the service manager. Its been close two months and they don't take any responsibility. Worst place to go for service. i have reached out to other friends of mine as well. there are too many people who hate this place. Stay away. i am complaining to Honda office. i will post the video as well.
when car is in your possession its your responsibility Period.
I am passing this information to all my friends in and around seattle,bellevue,factoria and issaquah area, to share this information in their respective companies and where ever possible so that non one else faces this kind of treatment. telling them to stay from this service center. i heard kirkland one is really good, they have done servicing for me long back.
This is the first time that i am writing a review on any portal, however this time around i am compelled to appreciate a gentleman who helped my husband Kedarnath Vempati and me choose our dream car...Neal Brown is a man of immense patience who let us test drive 4-5 cars with the same level of enthusiasm/interest as the 1st test drive. He not for a sec forced us to make a decision when we were in a state of confusion. Combining with all the other virtues of his, he also possesses good knowledge on every car that Honda sells.
