I scheduled the airbag replacement service on my 07 Ridgeline with Austin. Very polite and helpful. I dropped off the vehicle and was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. Austin called me in about half that time and told me the truck was ready, but during the test drive the technician had noticed noise coming from the rear differential indicating a fluid change. I had already noticed the noise and knew what it was but hadn't mentioned it. No pressure from Austin, just a friendly reminder of what the owners manual says about fluid change intervals. (I knew I had gone well past the recommended interval) The price was reasonable so I had it done, no more noise.
Great team, felt like they really cared about keeping my truck running in top shape, not trying to sell me a new one. I will be back!
