Needs Improvement Overall Experience

Been waiting on a warranty replacement part for over 2 months now. Service advisor Austin never could tell me if it was in or if it had ever been order. Talked to Bob service director he's was going to check and get back with me well two weeks has passed and no response from him. Left him a message Monday March 20th at 12:38 PM. Its Wednesday March 22nd at 7:55 PM and still no response. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

PS if you have you car serviced here make sure you check your fluids. They seem to forget to top them off. Wiper fluid in mine was bone dry. If you have tires rotated make sure you mark the tires so you can verify they actually rotated them. Personal experience they don't always do it but will charge you.

Needs Improvement Overall Experience

We just bought a Pilot from there almost two weeks ago, and have had problems with every since we bought the vehicle. When we went to go sign papers for it, they told us we would have to leave it for them to service it, which was fine with us. Next day they tel us t was ready and it clearly wasn't. The Pilot wasn't fully detailed and I was told I would have to bring it back to get it done. When I go to take it back there was another problem with it and I was told I would have to bring it back again. Then when we talk to speak with a manager about our experience I just listed as well as other things, he gets told by the manager "Well we gave you guys a good deal." Very poor customer service. This is our second car we have bought from here. The first time the experience was awesome! This time it was completely horrible. I won't be buying from here again. I don't even plan to get my car serviced here anymore.

Excellent Overall Experience

I would like to say thank you what a great service dept you have NOW . In the past there seemed to be a constant turnover in employees which is not a good sign about the company. However since Mr. Green is now managing the service dept is now RUN LIKE IT SHOULD BE . He has hired some excellent employees . He goes the extra mile to make sure your car is serviced properly and he is very personable . GIVE THE MAN A RAISE. I HAD PLANNED ON BUYING A TOYOTA TRUCK IN A FEW MONTHS BUT IF MR GREEN IS GOING TO BE THERE MIGHT JUST BUY A HONDA TRUCK ( THEY LOOK A LITTLE BETTER NOW ) MERRY CHRISTMAS

Excellent Overall Experience

Of every Honda service shop I've visited (Honda & Volkswagen shops in south Fl., the panhandle, NC., & Mi. for simple maintenance along my travels) this one has been the best I've experienced in customer service, and efficiency.

Despite growing up with a father as a former mechanic, as a female it's daunting to enter any auto shop. The moment I arrived here, Austin Wilhite was warm, personable and professional from start to finish. Austin greeted me with a genuine smile, thoroughly explained expectations, offered an estimate of time to complete the service, offered complimentary drinks/snacks or a shuttle if I wanted to have a meal. To end the day he went out of his way to ensure my questions were answered, and if he didn't have an answer he found someone who did. Even better, he noticed I purchased a battery from another store and informed me their batteries were $40 less with the exact same warranty.

If you made it this far to read this lengthy review I will confidently say I recommend this Honda of Murfreesboro to everyone. Whether or not dealerships are expected to do all of the above, this is the first time experiencing this and having the feeling you have people who truly care about giving good service... I don't typically write reviews however since this year I've made every effort to express appreciation to good honest, hardworking people out there who are not living to cut corners, or mislead in order to step above those who don't. For those who love what they do and show it by their quality service I will make sure I can do my part by letting others know... Austin Wilhite & Honda of Murfreesboro are highly recommended.

Excellent Overall Experience

Can't say enough about Amir Binzahim in service! I was in Murfreesboro from out of town when my car overheated and I had it towed to the dealership. So for six days Amir was a comforting, helpful, knowledgeable voice on the phone. I finally met him when I went to pick up my Pilot. Thank you Amir!!
