We just bought a Pilot from there almost two weeks ago, and have had problems with every since we bought the vehicle. When we went to go sign papers for it, they told us we would have to leave it for them to service it, which was fine with us. Next day they tel us t was ready and it clearly wasn't. The Pilot wasn't fully detailed and I was told I would have to bring it back to get it done. When I go to take it back there was another problem with it and I was told I would have to bring it back again. Then when we talk to speak with a manager about our experience I just listed as well as other things, he gets told by the manager "Well we gave you guys a good deal." Very poor customer service. This is our second car we have bought from here. The first time the experience was awesome! This time it was completely horrible. I won't be buying from here again. I don't even plan to get my car serviced here anymore.
