The moment we walked in, Brian Jack greeted us with a big smile and patiently listened to what we needed. He knew the car very well, did an excellent job explaining everything to us, and answered all our questions. We like that he wasn't pushy and he was quick on paperwork so we didn't have to wait so long. I feel very safe driving the new EX car.
