This review is specifically about my dealings with John McGraw, the Customer Service Manager. Due to a personal health problem, I needed to turn in my leased Honda and am unable to lease another one. I can no longer drive and was unable to get to a dealership to turn the car in myself. I asked the lease company, America Honda Finance, if they could arrange for someone to pick up the car from my home. They told me they could not. So I then called Honda Universe and explained my situation to John. In spite of never having met him and not having leased the car through his dealership (I lived in Bergen County at the time I leased my Honda), John couldn't have been more accommodating. He and another employee drove to my house, brought the paperwork that needed to be signed, and drove the car back to his dealership. Based on that experience, I would highly recommend Honda Universe to anyone who is considering leasing or buying a Honda.
