Gap insurance saved us (I think it may have been called better car insurance?), because we aren't having to scramble to come up with money for a down payment on a new car. Although our check was lost in the mail, dealing with your representatives was an overall good experiences. They were diligent in voiding the old check and sending the new one out promptly. Ray from Erie claims was particularly helpful. We also appreciated the follow up call from Hutton-Blews to check in with us that everything went well. Thank you for wonderful service. Although an unfortunate accident, this experience proved to us that we can trust you, & we look forward to many more years of bundled home & auto insurance with you!
I have had Erie Ins. for over 30 years.....yes, there is cheaper but I prefer Erie...anytime I called the Marion Ctr. office I was always treated with helpful, experienced people. Anytime I had a problem; car or home, I was always amazed with the swift turnaround and help. As a woman, I get upset when anything happens but I find Erie comforting and on my side. I give you 200% for satisfaction.
