I must add that I came in on a Saturday just before knock off time. Danny asked if I needed assistance while he was locking the doors. And that surprised me as many would have left me or told me that I should comeback on Monday. He took my details and first thing on Monday he contacted me. All employees can learn something from this guy, he also adds value by providing additional information which made the experience even more pleasant.

It is hard to rate my experience positively when I have purchased a brand new vehicle with numerous faults! This made worse by the fact that I traded in a car that was fully functional. To date the car has had issues with 1) the rear seats 2) the faulty a/c system 3) damage to the interior door panels 4) excessive wind noise on the drivers side 5) white residue on the door cards 6) poorly applied smash and grab. It does not help to have good service when the product is faulty. I am at this point disappointed and regret not simply keeping my old car which seems to have had better build quality and worked!
Dealing with Imperial Honda East Rand is like a breath of fresh air!
