I was literally able to buy my car over the computer sitting at my desk, with the team at Imperial Select Brackenfell. I work during the week, and couldn't make it to the dealership. So I sent my brother to do a test drive, and sent all the documents needed from my desk over email. I just pitched up at the dealership to sign the final documents and drive away happy in my new car.

In less than a week the entire trade in of my previous vehicle, and purchase of the new vehicle was handled by Ryno and Anja, and I couldn't be happier. I'm surprised that great service like this still exists in South Africa, but relieved too, as it gives me much needed hope that you can still get a great experience from a service provider.

The entire process was effortless, from applying for finance and being green lit the same day, to pitching up, signing and driving away in a valet car with two brand new tyres to boot.

It's one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had, and I'll be back in future. Thanks guys, now carry on being awesome :-)
