I purchased a 2018 Outlander demo with 89 KLM on the clock from Stuart Harpley. Delivery was scheduled at 2.30Pm on a Thursday. I rang to confirm that I would be able to pick the vehicle up at 2.30PM sharp. When I arrived, it seemed Stuart swung into action then and started the delivery process. I didn't drive out in the new vehicle until 3:15PM. A towbar was included in the deal, and I heard nothing for 17 days, so I rang Stuart at 9am on Tuesday 2nd July to see when I may get the towbar. He said Ï will ring you back in 20 minutes. At 4 PM that day, total silence, so I tried to ring again with no answer. Then I got his standard text "Can I talk to you later."I responded by text to indicate my disappointment and poor service. Cetainly won't be going back to Irelands for future deals.
