I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June. It will definitely be the last time after they failed to keep their commitments on a written sales agreement and basically ripped me off! The salesman offered remote start on a 2016 Rogue in order to get me to commit to the sale. I agreed, we wrote it into the sales agreement and I traded in my other vehicle. The next day after several phone calls the salesman informed me they couldn't install remote start on the Rogue. According to the salesman and the written sales contract, the remote start, plus 2 key faubs, was worth more than $500.00. They refused to refund the $500.00 or compensate in any way so I was just going to cancel the sales agreement and drive away in my vehicle I traded. That's when the salesman informed me they had already sold my trade in. I was stuck unless I wanted to hire an attorney to hold the dealer to their end of the contract. The salesman (who was also a minister) said all he could do was give me a free car wash and fill up my gas tank. He said he was going to put that in the mail...even that commitment was broken because no confirmation of a car wash or oil change ever arrived in the mail. I am extremely disappointment, angry and frustrated for ever going to this car dealership. I let everyone I know about how Jackie Cooper Nissan fails to keep a commitment or refund when they can't and rips off their customers to insure they make their profit. Buyer Beware!
