Really bad experience 2 days after driving away in a brand new top of the line i30. Sunroof shattered whilst driving. Suddenly when you need help and despite all the "24/7" assurances from the sales team during the purchase process, help failed to materialise. Not only that but a very negative attitude "it's an insurance matter, can't help you". More than disappointing. Very poor customer care.
