My car serviced at the centre on 6th April. Immediately after service I found My air con was not working(Only blower seems to be working but not aircon) which was working on the same day morning. I called the service desk and they were not accepting that it is because of them rather the service agent on phone kept telling me that I must have done something to it or it is defaulted prior to service. Moreover they returned my car without vacuum and wash. I am sure they will keep losing customers if they do not change their attitude and behaviour towards customers. Add on they promised to give my car back at 1100 am and I keep on waiting till 12:40 PM. Still my Aircon not working and I booked for next week. But I am not returning back to them for my next service for sure.

Very dishonest service centre,booked car in for service as engine management light on.They only changed the oil,did not plug into code machine.Car returned with engine management light still on.Returned car next day to fix,they didnt fix it and said they were not sure of cause then wanted to charge me again.This is not my biggest gripe its the fact they phoned me on first appointment stating ,i need new front pads ,new back tires, new catalitic converyer,new drive belt.They quoted $850.00 just for front pads.Ford bf sedan 2012 g6.i told them just service only and replace dip stick.when i picked up the car dip stick changed with secoundhand one and oil changed.$380.00.Engine management light still on took back next day still not fixed and they tried to charge for it.I then took the car to another mechanic he fixed the wastegate in the turbo.He said the brakes are fine,rear tyres fine ,catalitic converter is fine,drive belt fine.ok i then took car to uber for roadworthy check as its part of their process when you register to drive for them uber said brakes,tyres are very good and roadworthy.Uber did a full check.i have all this documented on paperwork from Jeff wignal Ford Frankston an independent motor mechanic and uber.Im exyremly angry and blown out by their dishonesty ,im thinking of taking this further.Dont use Jeff wignal ford Frankston.

Its always a (5) Star tick the box when you get a New car "but" its the after sales service and issues you have that i really important.

Jay and luke were really good todeal with could not do enough to help me your delivery girl is another story
If it wasnt for jay and roland inservice iwould not have recieved the car on time or day promised for delivery over all fantastic service

Service not properly informed espyif you have limited knowledge regarding the parts of the car it’s function, no credible information was given regarding the bill, changing bills according to their wish, and after all NOT FIXED THE ISSUES despite paid 2000 dollars. Very poor service.

Having booked my Mondeo for a 30000k service online, I ticked the box for needing a shuttle, only to be told when checking in that they stop at 9am, I was then asked where I was going to, after answering I was told it was too far anyway. Thought about cancelling on spot, unfortunately went ahead. Had a call during the day to be told car was going to be late, when I picked it up just handed key and invoice. I asked if the log booked had been stamped and was told yes. Got in my car and the passenger seat was fully reclined.... the radio was reset, found out later the the auto lights had been switched off, checked log book ....it had not been stamped. I try and support local businesses were I can but I have now learned my lesson. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have purchased approximately five cars from Wignell Mornington, called in for a test drive of the GT Mustang the attitude displayed by the salesman was TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT if you don,t want to put a deposit down NOW, when I was not prepared to leave a deposit he walked off.I went else were the service was impeccable

I had the very great pleasure to meet a refreshingly honest salesman at Wignall Ford (Frankston) today. Jay Emir is a gentleman and such a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, extremely helpful and can instantly understand the needs of his clients and so discuss critically relevant issues with a professional ease and personal charm – it was like dealing with an old friend. Despite that we did not actually do a deal, Jay demonstrated a great knowledge of the product and of people, and made me feel much comforted that he was able to understand what was important to me and respond specifically. I would certainly recommend Jay as a friendly, professional and helpful guide to anyone who is contemplating the purchase of one of life’s most expensive purchases. Wignall Ford Frankston are very fortunate to have this man in their employ, and I will definitely consult him again for my next purchase.
