Having booked my Mondeo for a 30000k service online, I ticked the box for needing a shuttle, only to be told when checking in that they stop at 9am, I was then asked where I was going to, after answering I was told it was too far anyway. Thought about cancelling on spot, unfortunately went ahead. Had a call during the day to be told car was going to be late, when I picked it up just handed key and invoice. I asked if the log booked had been stamped and was told yes. Got in my car and the passenger seat was fully reclined.... the radio was reset, found out later the the auto lights had been switched off, checked log book ....it had not been stamped. I try and support local businesses were I can but I have now learned my lesson. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
