Floyd - real nice sales person - disappeared, and didn't answer my questions.
General Manager Bob Shrader- busy-body and annoying nickel and dime guy at purchase - doesn't recognize me when I come in.
Even nice guy Shane, from the Service department who gave me his cell no. to call him "any time with any question" is AWL.
not nice, not inviting - and I doubt I will recommend it EVER!
