Brought an Infiniti car last Tues. Sat I hear rattling noise. I was told to bring car in and ask for Jeff-pre owned manager. I get there. He wasn't there. They had to call jim on cell to get an ok to look at the car. Then give it back saying it will cost 2 hours of diagnostic time to look at this car. Since it's under factory warranty take it to Infiniti. Customer service was poor. Nothing like when I purchased the car. So basically they patched up this noise enough to sell and don't want to fix it. Waste of my time. I will never refer or buy another vehicle from any Jim Coleman dealership. I have never had this problem.
