My salesmen, Tony Obeid and Enis Ally, were nothing short of 5-Star EXCELLECT. In fact, two of the best salespeople I’ve dealt with in a long time. The gave me a great price on a premium product. (Significantly beating the Costco Price at a competing dealership). Enis even took the time to provide me a great hands-on lesson on how everything works in the 2018 CR-V EX. (The technology in this vehicle is almost unreal). Thanks guys.
We actually had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when we walked into the dealership. I had wanted to check out three separate cars and compare them. We had already checked out the Jeep Cherokee, which I liked very much and then we came to Jim White. We had done some research on the CRV and that was the car we wanted to check out. Jon Welker took us in hand and not only told us more about the vehicle, but showed us different models and explained the differences between them. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the car was very impressive. He truly is the ultimate car consultant! He sold us on the cars attributes and design and I did a test drive. Loved how it handled & soon found myself the proud owner of a new CRV even though I had not intended to buy a car that evening. I have to say, that everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was wonderful, from Eric, the finance man, to other sales people and especially Jon. We could not have asked for a better experience and I look forward to enjoying this car. Since this is the first Honda we have ever had, I hope to be impressed enough to be a repeat buyer. If I have any regrets at all, it would be the fact that I really did want a light colored car this time, but there weren't any in the parameters we were looking. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience and you should be very proud of this dealership and especially Jon Welker. Also, Eric in finance did a great job helping us and getting it all wrapped up. A huge thank you to everyone!
Christmas came a few days early when Santa, aka my hubby, surprised me with this brand new CRV! Tony, our salesman, and his two assistants went over and above the call of duty! I will tell you what, the team over at Jim White Honda knows their stuff. The last Honda that I bought was a new 2004 Pilot (from JWH). I just bought my next Honda Pilot 12 years later, yesterday, and it is the new 2016 Pilot. Tony, Brian and Issa were fantastic at working with me and understanding my needs. You would have never thought that Issa has only been with Honda for a short period of time. His knowledge of the 2016 Pilot features made him like a verteran of his game. Of course, the ever professional Brian Hall was a great support person dealing the whole process as well. And with Tony the leading the charge, they have a Class Act team over there at Jim White Honda.
Thanks Guys for everything. Now I need to learn the other 8500 new gadgets in 2016 Pilot. I can tell you this, a lot has changed between the top line 2004 Pilot to this new 2016 Pilot.
