This is the second purchase from John Hughes and I must say that I a very happy with the service given in both occasions.

only reason 5 stars all round not given is because Dain phoned to say the car would be ready the next day at our designated time of 11am and that he didn't have the plates yet to give us the rego so I could arrange insurance. He said he would call back around 3-4 pm the same day to let me know the plate number. By 9.25am the next morning I hadn't heard from Dain so I called JH and they said that Dain would get the message that I had called. Dain finally called me to say he wasn't at work yet as he only starts at 9.30am and when he got there he would call me to let me know the plate number leaving me only 30mins to organise the insurance before I had to leave home to get to JH by 11am. I felt quite stressed about this. When I arrived at 11.00am I was told to wait in Dain's office as he was finishing off a hand over to another customer who, I might add, received 2 bottles of nice looking wine with his new car. Was that person more important than me?
