This was the second vehicle we bought through John Hughes. The experience is isimilar to buying new. The customer service focus is alive and well in the pre owned vehicles sales team. Thank you Steve for the generous gesture with the tinting. Thank you Paul for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The icing on the cake was when John came over to say hello - what a legend. Have the deepest respect for his drive and unwavering focus. Now I understand why your organisation has such a fantastic reputation.If Jeremy Kingsley-Olsson is typical of your staff then the sky is the limit.He was so welcoming and courteous as I pulled up in my 1987 Corolla(spare car) The Camry Ateva I was interested in wasnt even on the showroom floor,it was still being checked out at the Welshpool facility but nothing was too much trouble for Jeremy.He got on the computer,checked out the status of the car and suggested a deposit subject to viewing when it arrived. Jeremy has terrific people skills, direct eye contact, and so efficient and effective.He is a great conversationalist and has a good sense of humour. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jeremy from start to finish and he doesnt make a bad coffee either.
As for the 2009 Camry Ateva I was expecting it to be showing its age, a couple of dings,scratches maybe but I was absolutely gobsmacked at the immaculate condition of the vehicle.It was like new and I could have cooked eggs benedict on the engine block ,it was that spotless! I was so impressed by your whole organisation I was going to get Jeremy a bottle of fine single malt until I realised he was a non drinker so I would like recommend him for your Salesman of the Year award or at least persuade you John to give him a Xmas Bonus .
