I had researched and visited four other RV sales companies and they all seemed like it was a bother to help me with the most basic questions, let alone direct me towards the RV I was seeking. After some online research, I decided to try Keystone RV Center and was very glad I did! The Keystone team made my purchase experience very pleasant and easy. JR especially was an awesome sales person and advisor. I would definitely recommend you try them out before you go to those other bozo greedy firms that act like it’s a hassle to help you.

Keystone was great to deal with for our purchase. They discovered some malfunctioning parts on the final inspection. Made all of the repairs in a timely fashion and kept us up to date while repairs were being made.

Our experience with Keystone RV was very positive. Brandon G in the Sales Dept. Was very easy to work with and responded to any questions we have had before and after the sale. Our orientation was very informative and a necessity as we were first time buyers of a Travel Trailer. Any information we needed outside of the orientation was found in the Forest River Owners Manual. Brandon made some recommendations for towing equipment that was spot-on and made the initial towing setup very easy. Our Trailer tows very well, and I am grateful for the advice. Jennifer in the Finance Dept. was very easy to work with and was able to answer all of our questions. Greg in the Service Department was very knowledgeable and his team was able to correct a stubborn slider quickly so we could get the trailer home and start equipping it. My daughter recommended Keystone/Pete's RV to us, and I'll happily recommend them to others.

We would highly recommend buying off of this dealer because even if you don't know a lot about campers you will absolutely know how to use yours before leaving. We would highly recommend Junior as a salesman because he was always willing to answer any questions we had and made sure we knew how everything worked. Everyone we came into contact with was very nice, respectful, willing to help and greeted us with a smile. Would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family.

Mostly great. JR was the best. Brandi was also very good. There was a smallish older man in service who was particularly helpful getting us set up w/ the correct ball for our hitch. Everyone else was cheerful, welcoming as well as helpful. Our only concern was the very high costs of upgrades and service plans. We chose not to get them. In all, thank ypu!

JR Berkley was AWESOME! We dealt with JR two years ago when we were looking into buying another rv and he is the reason we came back to Keystone RV Mega Center.We went to several RV dealers in PA,MD,DE and several RV shows and all the searching we did online.when we decided on the travel trailer we wanted, Keystone RV Mega Center had the exact one with the options we were looking for. We contacted JR Beckley , and left a message about what we were interested in and JR called back almost immediately and he got the ball rolling and answered every question we had. He made the the experience of trading in our old trailer for the new one completely flawless. When we took delivery ,he explained eveything to us and answered all of our questions. We will only buy from JR Beckley and Keystone RV Mega Center and have referred several friends already. Keep up the great work!!!!

This company has a lot in stock! And the price is fair! In addition, every service staff is very enthusiastic! I am very satisfied and thank the driver of the caravan. Fortunately, it took a few hours to drive, thank you again!
