In 2013 I purchased a Picanto from Bhavna who was then a sales person.I received professional and friendly service and so did my family and friends whom I referred to her.The merits of her customer service justify her promotion. U will definitely have my future support.
The service department needs to be reviewed by management. My 2013 Picanto went in for a service in March 2018 and I received the vehicle with a number of things not done ,but the report stated it was done .The sad part of this is I was also charged for twice the normal time for a service.And my car was returned with no hand brakes .Kia SA has not responded to my emails to date .The only person to apologize and be of some assistance was the dealer principle.
Santo, Bhavna and Caren have been absolutely excellent with their level of service. Kia truly has amazing and helpful staff. A big thank you to Santo & Bhavna ! I will definitely be shopping for an upgrade at this branch in the future.
