This is the 4th Kia I have bought from the dealership since 2010. I am very satisfied with the cars, service and professionalism of the employees of the dealership. They make buying a car easy and hassle free.
My son and daughter in law brought their van to Kia of Duluth 6 weeks ago for maintenance. ( most work was under warranty and they needed brakes) They still have not received their vehicle back. When Zach called today, the general manager was putting blame on Zach ... the customer. Even went as far to say “ we have to take people off scheduled appointments to work on your vehicle”????. Guess what? Zach has a scheduled appointment.. WHY DO YOU STILL HAVE HIS VEHICLE! And why is the work still not done? So friends, tell me what you would do to get satisfaction and what you would expect them to do to make this right! FYI? They were looking for a new Kia! Guess who won’t be getting their business now! Hello Krenzen Auto Mall, where the service is exceptional and they know how to treat their customers!
