I purchased a Ford Ranger XLT from Knox Ford back in 2014 and it was a nice experience even over the 4 year’s I brought my Ranger to them to be serviced and they were very professional. 6 months ago I went in to purchase a new Ranger and sat down with a sales lady who was nice. I decided to hold off and sell my car privately as I will get more money she understood and said she will keep in contact with me since we agreed to a price on the new Ranger Wildtrack. Never heard from her again. I decided to go in to Knox Ford this new year and purchase the Wildtrack. I spoke to a guy about a demo Wildtrack they had that was the same as what I was looking for but I had another car I wanted to trade in. I asked him to get me the best price on my trade in he said no problem will call me later that day. No call. I called the next day and was told he was with a customer and would return my call but again nothing. Very disappointing as Knox Ford is my local dealer where they would continuously make money from me with service and future upgrades. It’s a fun time buying a new car especially when a sales person is working hard to get your sale. They no longer seem interested.
Thanks for your feedback, we're sorry to hear of your disappointment. What is the best way to reach out to you? We'd really like to help turn your experience into a positive one.
Regards, Andrew Parry
Brilliant service from Kim at Knox Ford as always.
Great experience. Kim was pretty patient with my decision making and really flexible with options. Extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun on delivery. Juno and Janine sorted the $$ easy. Monique coordinated the get ready with Great detail but it was all cruisy. Cheers to the PD boys and all the rest behind the scenes. I'm stoked.
