Our experience with Kratzmann was amazing due to the Superior knowledge of the Salesperson Jackson. He is the best. And we are so grateful to had the pleasure of meeting Jackson at the 2018 Caravan Show in Brisbane, his curteous manner, his start to finish customer service, his professionalism, helped our experience be the most memorable, we eased through each step. Paul the Service Manager was so helpful with information regarding insurances and RV Guard. His friendly smile and wonderful personality was so refreshing. Every step even down to the person who assisted us in the accessory shop helped us. We are so happy with our beautiful Franklin X Factor. Latch adjustments are a simple fix and often after the van is picked up from new, driven a few kilometers, some of the furniture settles and a latch or two can become out of adjustment. Please feel free to call 07 3888 2755 and ask for our service and warranty department who will get you booked in and happily adjust the latches for you.
Hi Graeme, I do apologize if the cleaning was not up to our normal high standards. We would like to offer our services to clean the van again to a standard that you are happy with. Also all our caravans are checked prior to being ready to handover and obviously the customers check them over also at delivery, but do not remember you mentioning any issue with cleaning or the door handle. Please contact our service and warranty department on 07 3888 2755 and arrange a time for the handle and wall strip to be looked at. Again, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
