Nick was fantastic to deal with when we were choosing which new car to purchase. He was the first of half a dozen salespeople at different car sales yards that we met with, and we came back to him and ultimately Hyundai. He was passionate about Hyundai but not pushy at all. Finance - due to circumstances within your department, I was referred to 3 different people for finance within Hyundai, where I received minimal communication about the progress of my finance. This resulted in new information being introduced about the terms of my application of which I had not been informed of before the day of car pick up.
My car arrived earlier than anticipated, so I was called to make an appointment to collect my car with one days notice. I was informed that I would be sent the registration that day via text message so I could organise insurance (friday) for a collection the next day (saturday). No one followed this up and I was not sent the registration, which resulted in a huge delay on the Saturday while I had to organise insurance prior to picking up the car.
First service - When I called to book in my first service, I was not at all impressed with the customer service provided by your team. I live and work rurally, so I required a Saturday service. The staff member taking my call was extremely rude and unhelpful when I was trying to explain that by the time a free appt was available, my car would be well over 1500km. I received no advice about whether this would impact on the warranty & service, and instead was only begrudgingly offered a different service time which didn't help my situation in the slightest. As a result, I am taking my car to another Hyundai service provider.
Sales team - the lady who deals with the add-ons was extremely helpful and genuine, and her service and honesty are greatly appreciated and valued.
