I've had to bring my 2006 Range Rover in for service over 6 times since October.2017 for the same engine light. This is becoming a very expensive headache and now it's something else.
I don't want to hear "well your vehicle is 12 yrs old". There's about 80,000 miles on it and I use quality gas. I've continued service there where i bought it because I'm loyal and only trust them to work on it.
Now feel violated,taken advantage of and betrayed.
I got a top of the line vehicle and I expect top of the line service that includes fairness and trust during my association.
The customer service is exceptional,but once this is resovled I hope that I don't have to see them again for another year.
I Purchased my Range Rover from Peter Parisi. He was a wonderful sales consultant. Explained everything perfectly. And he was very patient and understanding when I wanted to see the physical car for the color combinations instead of just in a book. Very wonderful experience.
