My wife and I bought a used Saturn Outlook XR from Lexus Brookfield. Jeff Baker was great, but the vehicle they sold us is a Lemon. Body work and paint coverup noticed after we purchased, A/C stopped working few months after buying, and we recently found out the vehicle will need a transmission. That’s $4,000 out of pocket. We tried to negotiate a trade on another vehicle, but management would not budge.
I recently purchased my first Lexus at Lexus of Brookfield, and had an absolutely top-notch experience. My salesman Jim J, was knowledgeable, personable and stress-free and made the whole process as easy as can be. After purchase, Wade S. tutored me through all of the extensive technology available in this great car. Overall, an extremely satisfying experience.
Can I just say wow! Wade, the technology guru at Lexus is the best I’ve ever come across in my life. Both in his knowledge and customer service. Mind you this is the second time in my life I have met Wade. I bought a Lexus from Michigan and made an appointment with Wade about a week ago to come in and have him teach me how to use the technology portion of the car. I already did my review on that visit so I will not go over that again but it was outstanding. After I left there for some reason I could not get my text messaging to work and I was having some problems with my music playing through my iPhone. I texted Wade and got an immediate response and we made another appointment. I went in for the second time last night and he immediately fixed my issues and showed me a few more things that I didn’t even ask about. I promised him this would be a five minute appointment that actually turned out to be more like an hour and I can simply not say enough good things about this man. The reason I am reviewing this yet again is because this type of customer service no longer exists. I always say to myself or to people who are being rude that this is the profession they chose to be in so if they aren’t happy about it they should leave. Well can I just say that Wade loves his job and it shows through his attitude, his appearance and his enthusiasm. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in his field that I am ever come across. I came in there on a Tuesday which was his day off and nobody there could help me with my question. I was a bit surprised. They said I needed to come back when Wade was there. All I can say is I hope this man gets paid great money because he deserves it. If I owned a company and needed a technical expert like Wade, I would offer him a job in a heartbeat. Again this is the second time in my life I met Wade and I have never met anyone in my life that has impressed me the way he has. Thank you so much Wade for your patience, your professionalism and your attitude and for being spot on with your answers as well. You are a great teacher and simply a great human being. It shows thru what you do. This is my first Lexus which I absolutely love but dealing with Wade makes the Lexus experience that much better. I love this guy!
My family and I had recently purchased a new RX 350 and Wade S. helped us understand every bit of technology in the car. We had an amazing amount of questions and he answered everything with a knowledgeable response. Very impressed with this experience

I own 2 autos..I buy a new auto every year and a half for the past 15 years. This is the first auto that I have bought that had a technology specialist. I was impressed with this. I have bought Cadys,Lincolns,and many others. Wade Schumacher went over everything the day I bought for over 1 hour. Then I came back in a week with questions. He told me anytime I have a question get back to him.People like Wade Schumacher makes a difference in buying a auto from you..I know when I have a technology question I can count on him. I don't get impressed easy but Wade did impress me.
Started dealing with Nate Rench the Internet Sales Manager at Lexus of Brookfield on a 2018 NX-300 from my desktop and couldn't be more pleased. The old way of dealing on cars was to head to dealership and spending hours trying to get a good deal. I was able to get all the information I needed and a great deal before even heading to the dealership to test drive the car. Once I arrived Nate set me up with Salesman Bob Strauss and we closed the deal in a third of the time. This dealership was top notch! Couldn't be more happy ;-)
I have to say that Adam Elbiadi of the Internet department was very responsive & helpful. The price was reasonable, it just came down to too great a distance in too bad of driving conditions from Northern Michigan.
