I have to say that Adam Elbiadi of the Internet department was very responsive & helpful. The price was reasonable, it just came down to too great a distance in too bad of driving conditions from Northern Michigan.
I have to say that Alex at Lexus of Brookfield made my buying experience wonderful. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line, he addressed every question that I brought up and gave me a very good price on the vehicle I chose. I was there several times and every time I was met by Alex and taken care of. I went to many other dealerships looking at vehicles and none of them compared to Lexus of Brookfield. Thanks to the wonderful team that worked with me to help make buying my new car a no hassle and delightful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Alex... Also I loved the finishing touch, a beautiful bunch of a dozen long stemmed red roses as a thank you from them.
Dealer added over $1300 of dealer add ons. These adders are not necessary. Purely a way of forcing you to pay more for the vehicle. They add it to all their vehicles. Beware the sale price does not include these adders. I will not go back to this dealer. PS. I bought at least 5 vehicles from this dealer when it was Safro. Things changed for the and not goo.
Nate Rench took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up looking at a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Nate at Lexus of Brookfield. It is worth a drive to go there.
We purchased a Certified 2007 Lexus RX350 3 years ago with 76,000. After 1 week a oil bypass hose blew and leaked oil all over the parking lot. Lexus Brookfield did pick up the SUV and repaired under warranty. My wife has put only 10,000 miles a year and after 30,000 mile we were told it needs a new water pump and new head gaskets. The repair bill will be roughly $5,100. Ouch! It's my understanding when we purchase this SUV we were suppose to get up 200,000 miles with proper maintenance. Very disappointed. A water pump and head gaskets should not go out after this many miles, especially a Lexus.
4 visits in 2 years , $4000.00 worth of service, and my battery still dies.Repair estimates 3x higher than a place 2 miles down the road. "let's get you into New Lexus" the GM says. No. I will never buy another Lexus, after the horrible hi-jinx you pulled in my last trade-in on another lease, and the service that has been utterly useless. DO NOT BUY OR MAINTAIN YOUR LEXUS HERE!
