Bought y 15Th car in four years. Just realized hat they did not deliver second key but they are not 100 percent sure as "these guys are pretty good at doing that". I would agree after 15 cars but not this time. I guess no margin of error at 15! They said I could buy a key at cost. They do not care about us spending at least 50k in four years and what will be spent in the future. Stay away from this dealer. Run do not walk. Customer is NOT king...obviously

I made the a rally bad choice bying from this dealership
I bought a used car thursday I was told that it doesn't have any issues and works great I believed the sales person George and paid for it the next day I started hearing too much noises from the back and I was freaking out because i paid too much money for the car.
I called them and told them about it they told me tk come over to check it out. I took it next first thing i was stopped by the people in the service place they said my name is not on the list even though i called and made an appointment at 1:20pm they said my car had to wait and after almost 2 hours they said ok we gonna to check what is the problem and aftwr another 2hours they said we are not going to fix it because it's already been sold and i have to pay!!!how come that I have to pay and the problem came up the next day i paid a $9000 and I was told that the car has no problems at all and in great condition!!!!!!
If you wanna buy a used car I recommend that you find a trusted place, the sales person lied to me and I found out when it was late

I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership! I am a Marine Corps Veteran that doesn’t complain, but the level of service and lack of efficiency at Lexus of Watertown was egregious!
In October of 2014, I purchased a used Honda Accord that was priced very well. The vehicle had a few scratches, etc., etc., but overall not a bad car for the price.
That’s where the good news ends. In summary, the “blower” started winding almost immediately and appears to be on the way out. The salesman, Waldy Zapata, informed me that it’s not covered under the 90 day “Lemon Law,” which I understand. I had to return the alarm-component, which encompasses the security key because it was broken when I purchased the car. The license plate screws didn’t even fit when I attempted to affix my plates to the vehicle. I had to chase down Zapata numerous times by emails and phone calls, with little to no avail. This was after slow responses, excuses, or no response at all!
He alleged that the key was fixed and mailed back to my residence, but he didn’t mail via registered mail in order to track it. The estimated price of the key and alarm is somewhere around $400.00. I contacted my lawyer, who drafted a letter, but he hadn’t mailed it out yet because I wanted to be exact on my purchase date. The key magically showed up at my residence that day by mail and it still hadn’t been repaired! I submitted another email as proof in order to just at least get my second key and alarm fixed, and have yet to hear back from Mr. Zapata.
At the current time, I am just going to cut my losses and warn other potential customers of this appalling ordeal. I could detail a lot more, but don’t want to bore you with a novel.
Quite frankly it’s not worth paying my attorney, and going to small claims court and missing time out of work. I’m honestly disgusted in the way I was treated! Do yourself a favor and don’t shop at Lexus of Watertown.
