Very caring company. I had some unopened body balance which had been expired for a considerable amount of time, and I was unsure whether to use it or not, but at the same time couldn't bear to waste it, so Carolyn has been so helpful in offering advice, and checking my progress etc.
She took the time to email me a number of times to make sure everything was alright, and in no way pressurising me, but just interested in my whole experience .

Carolyn is AWESOME! Had an issue with shipping that wasn't her fault (shipping company issue), I emailed her and seriously within five minutes she emailed me back stating that she had contacted the shipping guys and already taken care of it for me. WOW! Most companies would differ me to the shipping company and make me deal with it. Great company, great service, happy customer :)

Life Force ~ consider yourself to be quite blessed to have Carolyn Schlicher as your representative. In fact, Carolyn would be an asset to any employer and should be treasured in every way possible!
I am a new customer to Life Force, only have ordered with Carolyn twice and both experiences have been both exceptional and uplifting; however, just today, I called the company to place my order because I misplaced Carolyn's contact information and I had spoken to another lady that claimed that she had worked for Life Force for 18 years. Grievously, my interaction with her was not at all encouraging or kind. She lacked the kind of heart that speaks concern and respect for others; me - the customer! But, I was quite thankful when she realized that I was in the down line of Carolyn and provided me with her contact number!
When I called Carolyn, once more ~ she pulled out the red carpet treatment for me: in order to deliver the kind of service that is so rare to find in this day and age. Customer service is excellent. This is my first purchase of Body Balance. The product tastes good. My only constructive criticism is I would rather a glass bottle. I know the plastic bottle is BPA free but I believe there are other dangerous chemicals in plastic that could be avoided with glass. Other then that overall a good product.

Thanks for this excellent input into the packaging. You are correct, and Body Balance was actually originally sold in glass bottles for the reasons you cited, although 30 years ago BPA was more of a concern. Unfortunately, this caused astronomical shipping costs due to the weight, and there were other concerns with environmental impact with the shipping/packaging materials needed to protect glass as it went through the delivery process. In the end, they felt the freshness of the product and the fact most people consume the contents quickly because of autoship outweighed the other side. I will assure you that Life Force does actually invest in a safer bottle, even if it does cost them more per bottle than just a basic, BPA-free plastic bottle.
