Don't have long? = Buy a car here. See Hayden or Lee. Be happy. Wanna read a cracking review? = You already are ... Some folks never have the chance to buy a new car and in 2015 we were fortunate enough to buy an i30 from another dealership. 5 years on and we found ourselves in a position where we could make it work again with a Kona. It's a big deal. That 20, 30, 40 odd grand (let alone the 5, 10 or 15!) that you are literally sweating over is a big deal. It is to us anyway. If it's not, this is not the review for you. If you took these monies and put it on the footpath - would you step over it? Probably not right? Your money is *always the opportunity for another to achieve income. It's important that the recipient of your money *gets that* ... it's a transaction. It's a 2 way street. It's not all about you and it's not all about them. That's my vibe anyway - but we're all different. Hayden at Llewellyn Hyundai dovetailed my vibe from the first phone call. I was straight with him, he was straight with me. We were on the same page. My approach wasn't to screw anyone to the wall and he knew that - and that set the tone for our many, many calls / emails / texts over the coming weeks. Patience is a virtue it proved. Hayden allowed us the space to move through our own thoughts / fears / decision / indecision and all over again with this transaction, the biggest to date for us. He knew it, he respected it and the result exceeds us now having the car / the colour / the model / the price we wanted and could manage - it also delivered rapport and now your confidence through this referral to contact Hayden (Sales Manager) at Llewellyn Hyundai to best position your money for your 'big deal' purchase too. An 'honourable mention' is also extended to Lee Ogata, whom we met at delivery. Lee facilitated the handover in sync of the positive experience noted above and spent both measured and considered time with us going over the many and varied features of the vehicle. This was all done late on a Friday afternoon and there was not hint nor rush of getting us out the door - his passive nature at that time appreciated. So again - Buy a car here. See Hayden or Lee. Be happy.

Worst post sales customer service I have ever experienced. A day after the purchase I broke my right leg and could not take delivery of my new car immediately. The dealership agreed to store the car for 6 months. This was much appreciated. When I finally took delivery 5 months later, I had problems opening the doors. A phone call and text message to the Salesman went unanswered. I went in to the dealership to ask for help from Sales. I was told I needed to call Roadside assistance. The problem was diagnosed to be a dead battery. While in storage the dash cam cameras were left on draining the battery completely. A tow truck was called to tow the car to the Service Department. It was extremely distressing to see my new car on the back of a tow truck. I then had a call from the Service Department telling me it would cost me $265 to install a new battery. Given I had paid 60K for the car and only driven it from the showroom to my carport, I refused to pay for a new battery. Especially since the drained battery was a result of the cameras not being disconnected while the car was in storage. The battery was replaced at no charge. I still have not had contact from the salesman or anyone in Sales about the incident. Considering this is the 2nd new car I have purchased from this dealership in 7 years, I expected to be treated as a valued customer. Needless to say I will be going to another dealership when I am ready to upgrade in 3 years time.
