I'm extra fussy as the boys know me well in sales and Anthony in service is getting to know this as well. But my requests are noted and followed through. I am very appreciative of this and my rexy is treated very well.
The day after my car stopped working I went car shopping, I walk into subaru and told them that I needed a car and I was worried how I was going to get to work I’ve had a bad experience with a car dealership before and I didn’t have confidence in car dealerships after talking to Troy and explaining my situation and previous experience he told me that he will get me into a loan car with expenses paid for by Subaru, even before I picked a car and my loan was approved, I was lost for words. Troy was determined to get me into my dream car. Troy brought back my confidence and I know if I need any help no matter how big or small it is I can walk into Subaru with confidence and they are always welcoming and ready to help!
