I came in as an emergency with a flat battery at 9am and as part of a large company, was offered a wash at the same time. Penny and Georgia were lovely and accommodating and helped to make a stressful morning more relaxed. Vince directed me to the lounge and offered coffee. I saw my vehicle enter the workshop within half an hour, and decided I would wait rather than arriving to work and having to return shortly after, as a battery change and wash shouldn't take long. My vehicle left the workshop within half an hour (roughly 10am) and I was assured it wouldn't be long on the wash. Two hours later (12pm) I left without the wash, as by this point I was now 4 hours late to work.
As a paying customer, this treatment is unacceptable and as a part of a company with several Toyota vehicles, I'm sure that if problems like this aren't rectified, it will result in us pulling our servicing from Llewellyn motors and seeking servicing elsewhere.
Purchasing our family vehicles has always been my husbands area, I get to choose the colour sometimes! This time however, this car was mine, just for me, so I played a much larger part in the process. Greg and the team were fantastic, from the moment we walked in to the day of delivery, every detail was taken car of, explained and the entire process was incredibly smooth and organised. Never has purchasing a car gone so smoothly, and the fact my husband was happy is nothing short of a miracle!!
