The Salesman was brilliant full undivided attention given throughout entire sale, phone contact was spot on. First after market sales rep I was introduced to was brilliant very informative very obliging explained all aspects of Insurance and after market care, this all fell a little short when on picking up my vehicle I was introduced to a person who was going to assist with filling out my insurance for my new vehicle very polite typed up the forms got my signature, congratulated me. Upon filing my papers checking my documents late that afternoon I found the number plate recorded on my insurance papers was incorrect, I phoned the sales rep who sold me the car he went and spoke to the person
who filled the papers in for me came back and told me I would have to ring Insurance company myself to have it changed as now it had been logged he could not change it, I asked what would happen if I had an accident the salesman said they would take full responsibility until such times as the paperwork was rectified I phoned the Insurance company first thing this morning the plates were changed on the forms to indicate correct registration plates then on reading through the forms she also found my name to have changed from Karen Lewis on front of the paperwork to Karen Williams as the nominated driver this was rectified by the insurance company. just thought you should know to avoid this happening with any other sales as it took the shine off it a bit.
