I called Dan on Friday July 5th, 2019 to let him know I needed to bring in my 2019 Jeep, currently under warranty, due to the AC not working. Dan said any time next week would be fine. I called again on July 9th, 2019 to confirm tomorrow was still a good day to bring in my Jeep. It was on the 2nd phone call I was told I wouldn’t be given a rental when dropping off my Jeep due to change in ownership. I called FCA Certified regarding a rental. I spoke with Nyibol. She explained to me there is a rental clause in my warranty which is $35 a day to up 3 days. Myself or Lonestar would need to call FCA to set that up. Dan clearly has not received any training regarding how to handle rentals after ownership change. Instead of him saying, “My hands are tired” he should have done his diligence and looked into this further instead of coming up with his own hypothesis. He was very dismissive and unempathetic of my situation. This situation alone shows how little the employee’s working there know what to do BEFORE AND AFTER new ownership. I have had nothing but problems here.
The sad thing is I had my Boyfriend go there buy his truck, now he regrets purchasing his truck at Lonestar, On a positive side Teresa Molands was a great sale girl.
David did a great job.gary in financing did great also really worked to help be get the best deal he could . I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know .five star experience for sure!!!
I had an amazing experience here! I started off by visiting another dealership, just to see available options. And didn’t really see anything that stood out. I did not need a new vehicle however, I really wanted to upgrade. When I arrived at this dealership Mr. Brooks met me as I entered the door with a very friendly personality. I told him what I was looking for & we went for a walk. Needless to say I am one happy girl driving my brand new vehicle!
