I would have to say that I found the process of buying this car the best I have had when purchasing a new car. I had dealings with the Sales Manager Joe, Salesman Francis and Mackenzie. After taking the car for a test drive I was sold. The car was ready when requested. Francis took the time to go over all cars systems this was very helpful . This is my first Ford and based on my experience it wont be my last.
