Katherine and John were sensational to deal with. I walked onto the lot to look at the Everest range as a person that has never bought a Ford previously. Both were extremely helpful in providing information on variants, allowing test drives (3.2L and 2.0L variants) as well as a third with the family in tow and providing all information needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressure felt during the process. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful to my family, keeping kids entertained while paperwork was being completed. Running a business makes buying a vehicle difficult because i find myself very time poor and it can be time consuming back and forward via email and the dealer but in my case my vehicle is my office, tool etc...... so thats makes it an important process to my buisness so it means it has to be done.
Gavin the salesman was fantastic. not enough out there like Gavin to be honest. he understood i needed the whole process to be seamless.
communication has always been an issue with car dealers but Gavin changed that for me. he allowed me to do what i needed and at my pace and he just assisted me. nothing was too hard.
