This is my third time leasing a vehicle from Maplecrest Ford. I've always had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating. My sales specialist Clay Roberts really made my experience at Maplecresr a great one. Mr. Roberts waa very professional, accommodating, courteous and most importantly patient with me while I was deciding on which vehicle I would lease. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and paid attention to details in respect to what I wanted in a vehicle. This type of dedication and quality customer service is what keeps customers loyal to Maplecrest Ford. On another note, the detail department did not do a great job in cleaning the inside of the car. Fortunately, Mr. Roberts did a thorough check to make sure the car was clean. He found a beer bottle and water bottle under the passenger seat. Overall, my experience was lengthy but good and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
After three years of leasing a Focus I was contacted to discuss lease options. Salesman Clay Roberts not only had a kind and professional initial impression on me, but he also went above and beyond to tend to all my questions/concerns in depth, research to find a new car that matched my ideal needs, and made sure it was brought in a color that wasn't available, all in a timely manner. Unlike other salespersons he never lost enthusiasm in working with me and didn't pressure me to make a payment right away. Salesman Clay Roberts made it comfortable to talk to him and used his expertise to get My in the vehicle I really wanted. Being as though I have witnessed terrible car buying experiences in the past I am certain I want Maplecrest Ford Lincoln to work with me again and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car because they are reliable, easy to work with, true to their word, and handle matters quickly and efficiently giving me the relief and closure I need.
Clay made my experience a breeze. We had been to many other dealers who stated they had the car but didn't, made us wait regardless of having a a scheduled appointment, or never responded to calls and emails!! Clay told me he had the car on the lot and within minutes texted us not one,but THREE pictures of the EXACT car I wanted. He is friendly and VERY hard working. I would definitely recommend this dealer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had to wait nearly 2 hours to sign papers with the finance manager, Tim. He was busy with other customers. Once I finally met Tim, I was pleased with the way he expedited the paperwork, provided all options to me, and answered all of my questions. He was very patient. I would suggest headquarters get them more help.
My entire sales experience was perfect. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and Franklin quickly took over to take me through every aspect of the sale. Franklin followed up after the sale to make sure I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle. He was very considerate and supporting. Thank you Maplecrest Ford!!

The one thing I thought was handled poorly was when the dealership knew I was coming the next day to look at this car and when I arrived that day it was in the lot dirty full of mud even the driver side door inside the vehicle had mud in it. It should have at least been washed and ready to go imo if I knew someone was coming to look at a car. And the car literally had 2 miles to E in it before the test drive
